ANN CAVANAUGH'S Inspiration Point: PLAY

I admire greatly those who can depict exactness of a scene.  I, however, am drawn to the color and mood of a place.  My perference is to allow my mind to wander through lines, edges, and shapes while a story of sensations and memories is recalled.

This piece was inspired by "playing" with a technique new to me.  I have been able to use the properties of glass to create a painterly expression of exploration which I hope people viewing will enjoy
